The Bereans: Bible Quiz Bee

For the first time in 14 years, members from different fellowship participated in a Bible Quiz Bee. Tagged "The Bereans" based on Acts 17:11, those were the people "who received the messaged with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day". Truly, the contestants proved that they too are like them.
Twenty-three brave Bereans took the challenge to answer easy, difficult and nosebleed questions. They read, they studied, they meditated more than they did before.
The event started at 2:30pm with a song of praise, after all, this is for God's glory. The game masters briefed the contestants with the purpose of the game, the coverage, and the rules and regulations.
Thirty-five questions were asked for the Easy round starting with 23 contestants. After this, 13 were left for the Difficult round were 15 questions asked and passing score is 11. Then 5 tough Bereans went head-to-head for the Nosebleed round. Three went out victorious.
The Easy round was composed of general questions coming from Genesis to Revelation while the Difficult questions came from Genesis 37-50, the story of Joseph and Nosebleed round questions from Matthew 13:1 (Parable of the Sower) and Acts 17-18 part of Paul's Missionary Journey.
The winners were:
1st Prize - Denise Rodriguez
2nd Prize - Nica Cruz
3rd Prize - Gina Briones
Prizes (in cash and in kind) came from different church sponsors with medals! Wow! Huh! Congratulations to the winners!
Everyone were excited. It was really fun and they are asking for Bereans part 2!
